convenient location morrisons supermarket car parking

The hotel's location was quite convenient. A Morrisons supermarket is only about a 5-minute walk away. There was plenty of car parking available (i did notice there were no ev chargers).

i did find some staff were not up to date with legal information regarding allergies. When i asked at check in for an allergy menu to see what options were available for my kids, i was given a menu, but it didn't have the allergens.

The air conditioning was not working correctly. It only blew cold air. i struggled with only one usb port available in the room, inconvenient. the price seemed a little high considering these issues and the lack of even a small biscuit in the room. i drove for eleven hours, so i wanted a room that was ready, not one that required a trip to reception to complain.
